The son of Latino immigrants, Joseph understands what it means to work hard and overcome adversity.
Joseph Williams is an experienced attorney who helps everyday people get a fresh financial start through consumer bankruptcy. As a proud member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the State Bar of Michigan, Joseph is committed to using the law to protect your rights, stop creditor harassment, and rebuild your future.
He attended the University of Detroit Mercy on a full academic scholarship, where he earned both his law degree and an MBA.
He received his undergraduate degree from Hope College, where he was a 4-year varsity letterman for the lacrosse team.
Outside the office, Joseph gives back to the community by coaching youth lacrosse and team handball—sports he knows well from his time as a member of the U.S. Olympic-development team.
